Sounds of Taiwanese Ceramics-The Memorial Exhibition of Lin Tien-Fu
This Lin Tien-Fu Memorial Exhibition showcases his works from 77 years of pottery-making and is divided into five main themes: daily life pottery molding, flowerpots, three-dimensional sculptures, fine arts and crafts, and wood-fired creations. Lin was born in 1926 and began learning pottery at the age of 13. He became known as Master Tien-Fu for his exceptional talent and devoted his life to pottery. With decades of experience, he mastered various techniques, including clay extraction to firing, sculpting and painting. His works, including tables and chairs, teapots, cauldrons and censers, embody the essence of traditional Taiwanese folk pottery.
