In 1978, some of the artist from Qing-shui town organized the "Taichung County Niu-Ma-Tou Painting Association", which has entered its 46th year and is one of the earliest local art group in former Taichung County. The "Brilliant Art—2023 Taichung County Niu-Ma-Tau Art Association and New Taipei City Modern Art Association Exchange Art Exhibition" not only continues the founding purpose of promoting art education, but also adds a variety of artistic creation content through the form of exchange and joint exhibitions between the two associations , the old, middle-aged, and young members conveyed their perception of life and enthusiasm for the landscape of Taiwan through the display of oil painting, inkart, gelatin, ceramics, sculpture, and lacquer art.
