In 2020, the "19th Taichung Color-Ink painting Art Festival" takes "The Legend of Color-Ink painting Coming with Ship" as the theme. Artists from all over the world are invited to participate in the creation, interpreting the beauty of the "boat" in different time-space cultural backgrounds from diverse perspectives, and highlights the multiple characteristics of color ink art. Through the participation of art creators and the public and the integration of international thoughts of Art, “the Color-Ink painting Art Festival” has become an event with oriental artistic characteristics when Taichung City conducts international art reciprocal activities.
